　　汤兆志提到，繁荣的电影市场正在不断满足人民群众日益增长的精神文化需求。国家版权局高度重视院线电影版权保护工作。2019年以来，国家版权局会同国家电影局、公安部、文化和旅游部等相关部门连续开展打击院线电影盗录传播专项行动，为正版院线电影的生产传播营造良好版权环境。

　　汤兆志介绍，2023年以来，共对14批134部院线电影重点作品进行版权保护预警，要求各网络服务商采取有效措施，及时处理侵权盗版行为，相继删除涉院线电影侵权盗版链接11.75万条，关闭非法网站(APP)224个，封禁反复侵权账户2075个，相关互联网平台按照监管要求主动过滤拦截处置侵权盗录链接125.86万条，有效避免了侵权内容扩散。国家版权局、国家电影局首次联合制作电影版权保护公益宣传片，从春节档开始在全国各影院贴片放映，有效提升了社会公众的版权保护意识。

　　汤兆志指出，今年院线电影反盗版工作呈现出四个特点。一是盗录情况明显减少。在专项行动高压态势和宣传引导下，今年院线电影偷拍盗录源头较去年同期减少53%，也没有发现高清盗录版本。

　　二是案件查办更为快捷高效。吉林、湖南、浙江等地相继查办“急速影院”“简单追剧”等盗录传播春节档院线电影案，查获盗版影视作品80万余部/集，有力震慑了侵犯电影版权的违法犯罪行为。

　　三是反盗版技术手段更加精准。中国电影科学技术研究所监测与检测技术已能实现互联网上所有院线电影视频、音频盗录源头的溯源全覆盖，为该领域执法提供有力支撑。

　　四是电影权利人维权意识显著增强。因为院线电影偷拍盗录传播行为严重侵害正版影片权利人合法权益，目前部分春节档院线电影制片方正在通过司法途径追究偷拍盗录传播者民事责任，我们支持制片方的依法维权行动，以案释法，提升全社会电影版权保护意识。
